Reporting to the Chief Practitioner, this role leads a Unit of professionals that design, develop and deliver a curriculum of learning and leadership programs focussed on core skills, practice development and leadership capabilities to equip the department's frontline workforces.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
Lead and direct the management and delivery of career development programs to uplift the capabilities, personal qualities, knowledge and skills of department frontline workforces.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide high quality, authoritative, creative and strategic advice to the Chief Practitioner, senior executives, managers, and key stakeholders on learning and capability strategies.
Set direction, lead, plan, manage and implement key projects and evaluation methodologies, policies and strategies relating to the delivery of cutting-edge learning and capability uplift programs and initiatives.
