As a key member of the team, you will co-ordinate, oversee and manage the delivery of ICT projects and Implementation tasks with multiple stakeholders in a managed service setting. The successful applicant will be responsible for the planning, co-ordination, delivery and implementation of an allocated project within a larger program of work.

Duties of the role:
Manage ICT projects and clients including the preparation of project financial plans and managing the revenue and costs in accordance with the project budget.
Lead project teams ensuring the successful integration of activities is achieved and completed in a timely manner.
Proactively promote an effective working culture by capturing and sharing knowledge, supporting common procedures and practices
Conduct and implement auditing principles to projects as directed.
Identify, analyse and manage issues and risks in relation to other projects and project dependency.
Prepare implementation plans for communication with major stakeholders.

Skills and experience:
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology,



Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering M365 and Active Directory (AD) migration projects in medium to large organisations.
Robust understanding of M365 services (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and AD settings (on-premises, hybrid, and Azure AD).
Proficiency in M365 migration tools (e.g., Microsoft FastTrack, Quest Migration Manager, BitTitan MigrationWiz).
Hands-on experience with AD migration processes, including domain consolidation, user account migration, and group policy management.
Knowledge of identity and access management, including Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies.
