Job Description
End-to-end payroll processing for Australian and NZ employees.
Process weekly payroll cycles accurately and on time across head office, retail and warehouse employee groups.
Maintain payroll data and records within Employment Hero.
Manage payroll enquiries and stakeholder requests.
Interpret payroll legislation, awards, agreements and company policies.
Payroll reconciliations, reporting and compliance activities.
Data cleansing and payroll validation ahead of system migration.
Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business.





The Successful Applicant

Essential Experience
Proven end-to-end Australian payroll experience.
Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Solid stakeholder engagement and customer service capability.
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Experience
New Zealand payroll exposure.
Employment Hero experience.
Experience supporting payroll system implementations or upgrades.
Exposure to SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
