MercyCare Ltd. in Broome seeks a Coordinator to lead the new Transitional Accommodation Service, guiding a multidisciplinary team and delivering trauma-informed, culturally secure support to women and children experiencing family violence and homelessness.

This permanent full time role (76 hours per fortnight) focuses on service delivery, intake, incident management, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement, fostering a values-driven, safe and empowering workplace.
