About the role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Generalist to join our high-performing People team, reporting to the Head of People. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing and delivering core internal HR function across the business, ensuring compliance, capability, and a solid employee experience across our workforce.

As HR Business Partner you will be a trusted partner to stakeholders, leaders and employees, delivering high-quality HR advice and operational support across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Provide generalist HR support to internal stakeholders across the business
Build strong, collaborative relationships with leaders to understand business needs and workforce within the PALM Scheme environment
Use HR data and insights to identify trends, proactively address workforce challenges, and support informed, data-driven decision-making
Contribute to the development and delivery of key People initiatives, including workforce planning, learning & development, performance frameworks, and employee engagement, supporting continuous improvement across the organisation
