Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify and pursue current business opportunities across targeted sectors.
Support tender submissions, proposals and other pre-contract activities.
Assist in developing Indigenous participation plans and local content strategies.
Prepare compelling Indigenous engagement narratives for bids and client submissions.
Work alongside leadership to implement and enhance the company's Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
Build relationships with Indigenous businesses, organisations and community stakeholders.
