Aruma is hiring for part time and casual roles in Bendigo to support young people in residential care. You will provide direct care in a protected, home-like workplace and promote family relationships and community connections.

The role requires trauma-informed practice to assist young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours. Applicants should have a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or be willing to enrol, plus mandatory Top-Up Units.
