This role involves managing a portfolio of residential properties while providing outstanding service to both property owners and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a residential portfolio.
Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
Coordinate repairs and maintenance.
Conduct routine inspections.
Manage lease renewals and tenancy administration.
Work closely with contractors and trades.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
Enjoys working with people and building relationships.
Is professional, reliable and solutions-focused.
Holds a current driver's licence (essential).
Property management experience would be an advantage, but is not essential.
A current real estate licence is desirable, but not essential.
If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the support and training to help you succeed.
