A rare opportunity has become available to join public hospital in Northern NSW, commencing in early September with the potential to continue through until the end of the year.

We don’t often recruit for this site, making this an outstanding chance to secure a longer-term locum in one of NSW’s most desirable regions. Spend your weekends exploring beaches, national parks and popular coastal destinations such as Byron Bay while enjoying a rewarding hospital-based role.

You’ll work across a diverse General X-ray and Theatre caseload within a supportive team environment.

What’s on Offer
Competitive locum rates up to $65/hour + super (depending on experience)
September start with minimum 4-week contracts considered
Opportunity to extend through to the end of the year
Return travel and accommodation provided




Monday to Friday roster with no regular weekend work
Full credentialing and onboarding support
Dedicated consultant and internal HR support throughout your contract

About You
Current AHPRA registration as a Medical Imaging Technologist (Radiographer)
Relevant state radiation licence (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Willingness to participate in occasional on-call or weekend shifts if required
