We’re looking for experienced Production Line Labourers to join our meat processing team in Eurobin, VIC.

We have opportunities available for candidates with varying levels of experience, from general production duties through to slaughter floor operations.

Monday to Friday | 6am – 2pm

About the Role

Depending on your skills and experience, your duties may include:
Carcass bagging
Carcass sorting, branding and stamping
Carcass and carton handling, storage and loadout
Boning room packing
Goat processing (shower, shave table, flamming and ticket machine)
Data entry
General cleaning and housekeeping

For experienced candidates, duties may also include:
Gutting
Brisket splitting and evisceration
Legging and hide pulling
Stick, bleed, weasand tie, hock and head removal
Bung drop, flanking, udder removal and testicle retrieval
Retain rail (CCP)
Top and final trim
Stunning





What We're Looking For
Previous meat processing or abattoir experience
Robust written and verbal communication skills
High safety awareness and the ability to identify workplace hazards
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Able to multitask and prioritise work
Strong work ethic with a commitment to quality and teamwork
