Job Connect is recruiting experienced Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility based in Eagle Farm. We are seeking operators who are comfortable working in fast-paced production settings and have experience monitoring machinery, maintaining product quality and contributing to efficient manufacturing processes.

Monday to Friday roster with 6:00am starts

In these roles, you will be responsible for:
Operating production machinery and monitoring performance throughout the manufacturing process
Loading materials into machines and ensuring continuous production flow
Completing basic quality inspections and process checks
Assisting with production changeovers and general factory duties
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
Working closely with production teams to achieve daily output targets
Successful applicants will possess:
Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or industrial workplace
Experience completing quality checks or following production specifications
