The fantastic opportunity
Option to work part time or full time with predominantly morning and night shifts available
Deliver high quality clinical care to the residents of our 129-bed Lake Cathie aged care home
Provide supervision and direction to Personal Care Workers
Formulate, review and update care plans
Analyse assessment results to determine care needs
Complete comprehensive documentation and progress notes that reflect residents’ care
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care

What you’ll need to succeed
Degree as a Registered Nurse with general AHPRA registration
Minimum one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in residential aged care in Australia is essential
Motivated, personable, reliable, transparent and with a sense of ownership
NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
Current working rights in Australia
