MACRO Recruitment is partnering with a busy regional hotel bistro in Current South Wales to appoint a Head Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager. You will lead daily kitchen operations, oversee lunch and dinner shifts, and drive menu development in a high-volume setting.

The role offers a permanent full-time position with a market-market-competitive salary up to $110,000 annually. You’ll manage rostering, stock, and workflows while fostering a positive team culture and ensuring top quality and hygiene standards.
