We're working with a leading organisation in the insurance sector to hire a Data Scientist for an established Analytics team. This is an opportunity to work on creative GenAI and machine learning projects, building AI-driven solutions that support claims and fraud analytics. The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid mode of three days per week in the office.

Your Responsibilities
Develop machine learning solutions using NLP, computer vision and image processing.
Build and enhance GenAI applications, including RAG-based solutions.
Design, maintain and improve data science and machine learning pipelines.
Analyse large datasets to generate actionable business insights.
Work closely with technical and business stakeholders to deliver AI solutions.




Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Your Experience
3+ years' experience in a Data Scientist or Machine Learning role.
Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field.
Solid Python and deep learning experience.
Commercial experience with GenAI and RAG.
Solid understanding of the machine learning lifecycle and data science best practices.
Experience working with Azure, MLOps, OCR, APIs or unstructured data is an advantage.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Must be eligible to work in Ireland.
