About The Opportunity

Reporting directly to senior management, some of your responsibilities will include:
Leading projects from award through to practical completion and close-out
Driving safety, quality, programme and commercial outcomes
Managing budgets, cash flow, claims, variations, and subcontractors
Owning the programme, including recovery strategies where needed




Building solid relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Leading and mentoring project teams, engineers, and supervisors

About You

The successful candidate will have:
Proven experience managing civil construction projects
Solid commercial acumen and contract administration skills
A hands-on approach to project delivery
The ability to drive results across multiple work fronts
Robust leadership and stakeholder management skills
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (preferred)
