Experienced Home Care Worker - Complex Care - Bracken Ridge QLDLocation: Bracken Ridge, QLDLocation: Bracken Ridge, QLDAbout the PositionWe are seeking a reliable, experienced, and thorough Home Care Worker to provide essential personal care, domestic cleaning, and transportation support for an individual with complex physical health needs in Bracken Ridge.This role requires a task-oriented individual with hands-on experience in Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) management and mobility support.Schedule & HoursMondays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Personal Care)Wednesdays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Domestic Assistance)Fridays: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Personal Care)Monthly: Every 4th Friday requires an extended shift from 10:00 AM – 4:00 PMKey ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care: Assisting a wheelchair-dependent client with safe transfer protocols and hygiene tasks.Domestic Assistance (DA):



Detailed, thorough household cleaning, tidying, and maintenance to ensure a protected, hygienic environment.Transportation & Outings: Providing safe transport for local errands or appointments using your vehicle.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Demonstrated, hands-on experience supporting clients with Spinal Cord Injuries (SCI) and quadriplegia.Vehicle & Licence: Valid Driver's Licence and a large vehicle suitable for transporting mobility equipment.Compliance: Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check / National Police Check Current First Aid & CPR certifications (preferred) Full work rights in Australia.
