What You'll Do
Develop strengths‐based, trauma‐informed behaviour support plans.
Conduct functional assessments and apply evidence‐based strategies.
Support clients in homes, schools, and community settings.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including Psychologists, OTs, Speech Pathologists, and Social Workers.
Work locally in Melbourne's South East/Eastern Corridor — no long commutes.
Enjoy a sustainable workload with just 5 billable hours per day.
What You'll Bring
NDIS‐endorsed Behaviour Support Practitioner status (Core or above).
Valid WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a reliable vehicle.
