Location: DalbyFinancial Services OfficerWe are seeking a Financial Services Officer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
As a Financial Services Officer, you will play a key role in supporting both customers and colleagues with your specialist knowledge and provide ongoing training and guidance to team members, ensuring the entire branch is confident and capable in delivering our full suite of Financial Services solutions.ResponsibilitiesBranch go‐to person for all Financial Services ProductsProvide training and product knowledge to other team members regarding the Financial Services product suiteDevelop and implement an annual Branch Financial Services business plan to support yearly growth ambitions in line with the 8PPImplement sales campaigns aimed at identifying client opportunities across the full suite of Financial Services products, including:Deposits (direct servicing of client)Own balance sheet lending or funding provided by third party providers (refer to Financial Services Manager)Agri Finance loans (referral to Agri‐Finance Relationship Manager)Commercial and Asset Finance (referral to Elders loan writers)Livestock / Wool in Transit Warranty (direct servicing of client)Insurance (referral to Elders Insurance)Prepayment Facilities (direct servicing of client)Assist customers directly with deposit requirements by providing a one‐on‐one personalised service including:Opening accounts, maintenance, rollovers and general enquiriesUndertaking and adhering to various procedures as part of the operational functions for depositsEnsure 100% compliance with relevant statutory legislation (e.g. AML/CTF) in the execution of operational dutiesQualificationsDemonstrated experience in administrative functionsBackground in the Elders Branch Network or comparable experience within agriculture or related industriesStrong interpersonal communication and stakeholder relationship management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer operationsTrack record of delivering excellent customer serviceAble to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partnersStrong organisational abilities combined with transparent and effective communication skillsDiversity and InclusionAt Elders, we strive to create a safe environment where everyone can thrive.
