This is an excellent prospect for internal team members looking to step up, strengthen their leadership capability, and play a key role in maintaining the safety, quality and reliability of our Test Station operations.In this role, you'll provide hands‐on leadership to Test Station personnel, ensure cylinders are safely tested, processed and released, and contribute to the overall operational excellence of the Darra site.What You'll Be DoingLead, motivate and coach Test Station personnel to meet performance and compliance expectationsEnsure safe and efficient cylinder handling, inspection, testing, processing and release in line with Australian Standards, GMP and CMS proceduresCoordinate daily operations, toolbox talks, workflow and plant/equipment maintenance for the Test StationSupport customer needs through effective communication, service delivery and problem‐solvingCollaborate with the Filling Station to ensure stock readiness, traffic changes and operational alignmentMaintain strong quality control through compliance with QMS, GMP, audits and continuous improvement activitiesApply LEAN principles, support knowledge‐sharing,
