We are seeking a professional and highly organised and warm Client Services Officer to join a well-regarded financial services firm.
This role is ideal for someone with an administration support background across an accounting or financial advisory firm who enjoyed supporting a high performing and established team.
The role
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth client interactions and efficient internal processes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and distributing client packages electronically
Communicating with clients and internal teams
Managing databases and ensuring records are up-to-date
Reviewing and updating portal information, reporting, and following up on outstanding items
Assisting with invoicing and debtor follow-ups
Handling general administrative tasks, correspondence, and electronic filing
Supporting meetings, including room bookings and partner diary management
Providing reception relief and answering calls as required
Maintaining daily timesheets
About You
Prior administration support within an accounting or financial services firm.
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Qualified and discreet in handling sensitive client information
Confident using accounting software and online portals
Proactive and able to work independently while supporting the wider team.
