Your next opportunity:We now have great opportunities for Plant Operators to join our Asphalt Manufacturing team in Mount Louisa.Your next opportunity:We now have great opportunities for Plant Operators to join our Asphalt Manufacturing team in Mount Louisa.Your primary responsibilities in this role will be the dispatch and loading of trucks, record keeping of both computer and manual entries, as well as on site quality assurance, loader and bobcat operations and participating in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting.Your day will involve:Accurate batching of orders to specified mix designs and utilizing the docket dispatch systemFront-end Loader & Bobcat operationControl Room operationsDay-to-day administration of the Plant including stock control of raw materialsWork closely with the laboratory teamGeneral yard and plant housekeeping and maintenanceWhat we are looking for:Relevant batching and/or asphalt industry experience preferred but not essentialFront End Loader expertise is favourable, however, training can be offeredA strong commitment to safety and the environment along with a superior customer focusFEL ticket (desirable)Other tickets that would benefit are; Forklift, EWP, Confined SpaceStrong organisational skills including the ability to multitask and prioritise competing deadlinesWhat's on offer?
