What will I be doing:
Reporting to the Service Admin Supervisor your role will include:
Receiving andresponding toa range of incoming customer callsRaising purchase orders, logging and allocating Service Calls to our team ofTechnicians andsub-contractorsReviewingcompleted job reports through Uptick and invoice once completedDaily job scheduling for our TechniciansProvidingsupport to our team of Technicians and sub-contractors to enable them to complete their service callsProviding job progress updates to customersProvision of monthly report to the Service Manager of outstanding jobs and invoices
About You:




Willingness to learnStrongly committed to providing high levels of customer serviceAccuracy and efficiency in data entryExcellent attention to detailStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
