The Role:
We're looking for a Print Technicianto join our Sunshine Coast teamfull‐time.
In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high‐quality print support across our Managed IT and Print customer base.
You'll be responsible for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring our clients experience minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
Based in Maroochydore.
Key Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote supportfor print devices and related software
Deliver repairs, installations, and preventative maintenanceacross a range of devices
Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and reliable service
Ensure all work is completed in line with SLA requirements and service delivery processes
Maintain accurate job documentation, system updates, and stock management
Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer outcomes
About You
Proven experience as a Print Technicianor in a similar technical support role
Robust experience diagnosing and repairing multi‐function printers and print devices
Solid understanding of print software and troubleshooting
Exposure to IT environmentswill be highly regarded
Experience in production print environmentswill be highly regarded
Experience working with Konica Minolta and Kyocera devices/solutionswill be highly regarded
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Current and valid driver's licence
Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)for working with children
