About The Role
Homewell are on a tremendous growth journey and are looking to build up our team of Domestic Assistants to better support our clients.
Our Domestic Assistants will provide essential cleaning services & community access to our aged clients living in the Western Suburbs (Hoppers Crossing, Tarneit, Truganina, St Albans & surrounding areas), maintaining and enhancing their homes and standard of living, and reducing health and safety risks.
Your Responsibilities Include
Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping
Making beds and changing bed linen
Cleaning bathrooms and kitchens
Hanging, folding and ironing washing
Dusting
Community Access
This role is not restricted to home care professionals and those with domestic assistance experience already.

About You
We are seeking caring, friendly, compassionate, people-focused individuals with strong communication skills who want a career that truly makes a difference in the lives of others.
You will also have:
Experience in aged care (preferred)
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (desirable)
Comfortable interacting with elderly clients
Police Clearance
Must have CPR and First Aid certifications
Must have Your own reliable transport with comprehensive insurance and a Victorian Driver License
