About the Role
Securecorp is seeking motivated Security Officers to join our team across Retail sites in and around Penrith.
In this role, you will deliver high-quality security services while providing exceptional customer service and responding effectively to incidents and emergencies.
Opportunities are available on a Part-Time and Casual basis, with flexible rostering to suit a variety of availability preferences.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-level security services with a strong customer service focus
Conduct guarding, patrolling, and monitoring of premises
Manage site access control systems and ensure safety compliance
Respond promptly and professionally to alarms,



incidents, and emergencies
Identify, assess, and mitigate potential security risks
Complete accurate incident reports and maintain detailed records
Skills & Experience
Current NSW Security Licence (including Crowd Controller component)
Current First Aid & CPR certification
Previous experience within the security industry
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional presentation with a proactive and reliable attitude
