About the Role
Working alongside an experienced Wills & Estates team, you will manage a broad range of private client matters including:
Preparing Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Advance Health Directives
Succession planning advice for individuals, families and business owners
Drafting testamentary trusts and other estate planning documents
Estate administration,
including Probate and Letters of Administration
Advising executors and beneficiaries throughout the administration process
Estate disputes and Family Provision Applications
Preparing estate accounts, distributions and finalising estates
Building trusted long‐term relationships with clients through practical and compassionate advice
About You
Approximately 1‐5 years' PQE in Wills, Estates and Succession Law (if less experience you are also encouraged to apply)
Enjoy building genuine relationships with clients
Excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail
Organised, proactive and able to manage matters with increasing autonomy
Value working collaboratively within a supportive team environment
