The Mercy Hospital for Women Heidelberg invites applications for an Administrative Officer in the Referral Management Centre.
This part-time role supports the Patient Services Department with outstanding customer service, aims to streamline referrals, register recent patients in IPM, and coordinate waitlists and appointments.You will work ***** hours per fortnight, with shifts on Wednesdays and Fridays, and report to the Patient Services Leadership Team.
