Project Manager – CDR / Regulatory DeliverySydneyContract / Fixed TermWe're looking for a Project Manager with specialist Consumer Data Right (CDR) experience to lead the delivery of a key regulatory program in a financial services environment.This is not a generalist PM role.
We need someone who understands the CDR landscape, knows how to turn regulatory obligations into practical delivery outcomes, and can confidently guide stakeholders through a complex change environment.
The technology stack is largely made up of third-party products, so the focus is on delivery ownership, regulatory fluency and strong cross-functional coordination rather than deep technical build work.The roleYou'll be accountable for end-to-end delivery of CDR-related initiatives, working across Product, Risk & Compliance, Privacy, Operations and external providers.
You'll help ensure the business meets its regulatory obligations in a way that is auditable, well-governed and aligned to customer and commercial outcomes.What you'll be doingLeading delivery of CDR obligations from planning through to implementation and post-go-live optimisation.Translating CDR rules, standards, privacy safeguards and related requirements into clear delivery plans.Working closely with Product to shape priorities,



scope and execution.Coordinating across internal teams and third-party service providers to keep delivery moving.Managing milestones, dependencies, RAID, governance and reporting.Supporting business readiness, go-live planning and operational change.Identifying risks early and driving practical solutions.What you'll bringProven CDR or open banking delivery experience is highly desirable.Strong understanding of the CDR framework, ideally including rules, standards, privacy safeguards and delivery obligations.Background in financial services and/or regulatory project delivery.Experience working in environments using third-party platforms and service providers.Strong stakeholder management and hands-on delivery capability.Exposure to lending or broader banking projects would be an advantage, but CDR knowledge is the priority.Why this roleThis is a excellent opportunity to own a high-profile regulatory program where specialist knowledge really matters.
