Reporting to the Director Infrastructure and City Services, this role leads diverse teams delivering facility maintenance, city amenity, fleet and plant operations, emergency management and the Operations Centre, ensuring services are secure, efficient, customer focused and aligned with Council's strategic objectives.What You'll DoLead City Operations services across facilities, amenity, fleet and emergency managementDrive service excellence through strategic leadership and continuous improvementManage budgets, contracts and projects to deliver effective outcomesEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory and legislative requirementsLead and develop teams to foster collaboration, customer focus and performanceWhat You Need To SucceedRelevant tertiary qualification, with postgraduate management qualifications desirableExtensive leadership experience in complex operational environmentsStrong operational knowledge across facilities, amenity, waste and fleet servicesProven financial, contract and project management experienceExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsTo ensure fairness and consistency for all applicants,
