This is a highly collaborative, dealer-facing role where you will support vehicle supply chain operations, manage enquiries,



and ensure the smooth flow of vehicle and parts information across the networkmax term role until June **** based at Port Melbourne.Some interstate travel would be required for this role.How you'll make an impactCoordinate day-to-day vehicle logistics operational activities with logistics partners and key stakeholders.Act as the primary point of contact for dealer enquiries, providing timely support and resolution of vehicle logistics issues.Maintain vehicle supply chain information and communicate key updates and changes to dealers and internal stakeholders.Monitor vehicle status, investigate exceptions, and support problem-solving activities across the network.Maintain port fitment parts information to ensure continuity of supply.Develop, maintain and distribute status reports to internal stakeholders, including Sales Regions and National Sales teams.Your attributes - If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent experience within an automotive supply chain environment.Relevant experience within automotive logistics, dealership operations, sales, regional operations or supply chain functions.Solid stakeholder management and customer service skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with dealers and internal teams.Excellent communication and problem-solving capabilities.Applications close on 3rd August ****We are an equal opportunity employer.
