You will gain hands‐on experience across cost planning, measurement, procurement and contract administration while receiving ongoing training and mentorship.This role offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to establish a long-term career within a highly respected consultancy environment.DUTIESAssist with measurement of quantities, estimates, cost plans and bills of quantitiesSupport tendering and procurement processesAssist with variations,
progress claims and financial reportingConduct contract administration support servicesLiaise with clients, consultants and contractorsAttend site inspections and project meetingsWork collaboratively with the senior team to ensure project deadlines and budgets are achievedSKILLS AND EXPERIENCEBachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline2-5 years of quantity surveying experience highly regardedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHigh attention to detail and strong numerical abilityAbility to work effectively within a collaborative team environmentMotivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionallyCULTUREThe company prides itself on maintaining a cooperative, supportive and high‐performing culture.
