Your role will include:Delivering professional, customer-focused administrative supportManaging invoicing, purchasing, accounts reconciliation, and stock controlCoordinating roster changes and staffing updates using KronosProcessing maintenance requests and overseeing local building worksSupporting recruitment, onboarding,
and staff orientationParticipating in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement activitiesHandling non-clinical enquiries and complaints under delegationSupporting safe, compliant operations in line with WHS and NDIS requirementsSupervising a part-time Administration Officer where applicableWhat We're Looking ForStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skillsExcellent organisation and time management in a busy office environmentExperience using Microsoft Office and administrative systemsSound knowledge of finance processes, invoicing, GST, and stock controlUnderstanding of staffing workflows within aged careCommitment to confidentiality, quality improvement, and customer serviceCurrent Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to drive for workA Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have Diploma in Administration Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards)Previous experience in aged care, health, or community servicesEssential Requirements: Proof of vaccination status as required by legislation and WMQ policyRelevant probity checks NDIS Worker Screening ClearanceWe value diversity, strive for inclusion, and come together to walk alongside those in need to provide hope and compassion.
