This position offers broad exposure across accounts payable, reconciliations,



month-end support and financial administration within a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesProcess supplier invoices accurately and in a timely mannerPrepare electronic payments and maintain supplier relationshipsPerform bank and credit card reconciliationsAssist with Medicare and revenue reconciliationsInvestigate and resolve billing discrepanciesSupport month-end reporting, journals and accrualsPrepare balance sheet reconciliationsAssist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysisSupport process improvement and finance optimisation initiativesMaintain strong financial controls and compliance standardsThe CandidateDegree qualified in Accounting, Finance or related discipline2+ years' experience in an Assistant Accountant or Accounts Officer roleStrong reconciliation and accounts payable experienceExposure to accounting systems such as Xero, MYOB, Reckon or NetSuiteIntermediate to advanced Excel skillsHigh attention to detail and strong analytical capabilityExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProactive attitude with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyCPA/CA commenced or intention to commence will be highly regarded
