Working closely with the floor team and venue leadership,you'llensure every guest feels welcome, relaxed and well cared for from arrival to farewell.You'llbring energy,professionalismand a passion for food and wine, contributing to a service culture that is generous,intuitiveand community-driven – the very qualities that define Flores.What You'll DoAs a Front of House Team Member, you will play a key role in shaping the guest experience by:Delivering warm, attentive and genuine service across the bar, floor and functionsGreeting guests, managing reservations and ensuring smooth seating and flowTaking orders accurately and confidently recommending menu and beverage itemsRunning food and drinks with efficiency, pace and careMaintaining high standards of venue presentation,



cleanliness and safetySupporting busy service periods, events and activations with a positive attitudeWorking closely with the whole team to deliver consistent, high‐quality experiencesHandling payments and ensuring accurate cash and EFTPOS transactionsContributing to a welcoming, inclusive and supportive team cultureAbout YouYou're friendly, reliable and passionate about hospitality.
