You'll be the first face and voice our new members meet inside our programs and the go-to support for their journey forward.You'll Thrive In This Role If YouHave deep ecommerce experience, either running your own brand or managing the growth of oneAre confident coaching or supporting others, even if not formally trained as a coachLight up on camera and in conversation.

and clear in your communicationUnderstand the rhythm of online retail and can speak ecom fluentlyHere's What The Role IncludesWelcoming recent members into our programs and guiding them through their first 30 daysHosting calls, answering questions, and supporting via our community groupsSpotting trends, challenges, and opportunities to elevate the member experienceHelping with payment access questions and ensuring smooth onboardingCollaborating with our coaching and ops team to ensure members stay engaged and empoweredThe EssentialsE-commerce experience is not optional.
This role needs someone who gets the industryCoaching or customer experience is a bonusYou must be organised and proactive.
