Remuneration: $***** p/hr + 12% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances Classification: PO4.1, PO4.2 & PO4.3 l determined by demonstrated experienceMake a meaningful difference with BlueCare We're looking for an experienced Allied Health professional who is passionate about improving the lives of older Australians and supporting people to live independently in their communities.About the roleProvide clinical leadership and expertise across community services, ensuring the delivery of person-centred, evidence-based care to clients.Provide clinical leadership, support and supervision to Allied Health staff and Allied Health AssistantsAssess, develop, implement and evaluate client care plans and group programsSupport client independence, wellbeing and self-management outcomesCoordinate orientation, training and student supervision programsCollaborate within multidisciplinary teams and participate in case discussions and referralsLead quality improvement initiatives, service development and evidence-based practice projectsAnalyse care outcomes and contribute to continuous service improvementRepresent BlueCare at professional forums, workshops and community engagementsWe encourage our team to be innovative, collaborative and committed to delivering exceptional care while making a genuine difference in the communities we serve.Role requirementsRelevant tertiary qualification in an Allied Health discipline – EssentialCurrent registration with the relevant professional body (where applicable) – EssentialExtensive clinical experience within your speciality area – EssentialCurrent Driver Licence and access to a suitable insured vehicle – EssentialCurrent First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) – EssentialAbility to confidently use smartphones, tablets, laptops and other digital systemsStrong communication, leadership and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience working within multidisciplinary teams and community or aged care settings highly regardedAbility to satisfy all relevant probity requirements including a Federal Police CheckHybrid Work at Blue CareYou'll be supported to work from home as part of our hybrid model.
