With a reputation for delivering premium experiences and fostering meaningful relationships, this organisation provides a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work will have genuine visibility and impact across a high-profile stakeholder community.About The RoleThis is a senior, hands-on events role where you'll take ownership of an exciting portfolio of corporate events from planning through to flawless execution.
Alongside delivering business luncheons, networking events and leadership programs, you'll lead the coordination of a prestigious annual Gala, working closely with senior executives and external partners at government level.
Ideal for someone who thrives on autonomy, enjoys building stakeholder relationships and loves bringing exceptional events to life.DUTIESManage end-to-end delivery of a diverse portfolio of corporate eventsDevelop event timelines, project plans and detailed run sheetsCoordinate venues, suppliers and external event partnersManage registrations, attendee communications and CRM recordsPrepare presentations, name badges and event collateralDeliver seamless onsite event coordination and guest experiencesOversee event budgets,
