This contract position offers the chance to work within a collaborative product development team, supporting innovation and continuous improvement projects across a diverse product portfolio.The successful candidate will be available to work full-time initially,



with flexibility to transition to reduced hours later in the year as required.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with current product development and product improvement projectsConduct factory and laboratory trialsSupport product formulation and recipe developmentAnalyse trial results and prepare technical reportsMaintain accurate product specifications and documentationCollaborate with Quality, Production, and cross-functional teamsEnsure products meet food safety, quality, and regulatory requirementsAbout YouDegree in Food Science, Food Technology, Nutrition, or a related disciplinePrevious experience within a food manufacturing environment preferredExposure to product development activities, whether through industry employment, internships, or university projectsStrong technical understanding of food science principlesExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to work effectively in a team and manage multiple prioritiesAvailable to commence immediately
