You will have demonstrated experience in hospitality operations and thrive in a busy multifaceted setting.Be the Go-to Manager across four floors HER BAR, MUSIC ROOM, BKK and HER ROOFTOPOversee service, ambiance, RSA, liaise with Chefs and SupervisorsEnsure our customer experience is fulfilledWork closely with Security to ensure venue is maintaining WHS standardsBe a support to all F&B; Supervisors on shiftAssist with training, mentoring and guiding F&B; teamsBe responsible for the Open or Close of the venueWhat we are looking forA passion for creating a fun and engaging environment for both our customers and teamProven operational experience: shift management, trouble shooting, directing and delegatingExcellent communication and organisation skills; give feedback, mentor, and nurture our staffSound understanding of workplace health and safety standardsFlexibility to work a rotating roster including late nights,
