Your next opportunityBased in Milton, Brisbane and reporting to the Major Projects Manager, this is a key support role within Boral's SEQ Concrete business.
As a Contract Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting major construction projects by managing contract administration, project documentation, financial processes and customer support.
You'll work closely with internal teams, customers and project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, accurately and in line with contractual requirements.Your day will involve:Administering concrete supply contracts and maintaining project recordsManaging pricing validations, contract variations and progress claimsProcessing accounts payable invoices, accruals and reconciliationsSupporting project mobilisations, inductions and travel arrangementsInvestigating customer queries and resolving contract-related issuesWorking collaboratively to drive safety, service excellence and process improvementWhat are we looking for?
Experience in a Contract Administrator or similar project support roleKnowledge of construction contracts and project administration processesStrong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skillsExcellent organisation skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesStrong stakeholder engagement and customer service capabilitiesExperience with Command Series or similar systems will be highly regardedWhat's on offer?
