Job descriptionWe are seeking an experienced Cardiac Technician/Cardiac Nurse to join the team at Western Heart Care.A successful candidate will be an individual with an ability to demonstrate strong technical and communication skills with a common goal to provide an exceptional patient experience to our patients.DutiesPerforming of cardiac investigations such as ECGs, holter set up, stress testing, ambulatory BP monitorAssist in holter analysisPerform administrative tasks such as ordering clinical supplies/consumablesTake part in daily activities of a busy medical practiceLiaising with doctorsRequirementsBasic science knowledge and ability to learn technicalities of the cadiovascular system and the various tests we undertakeBasic computer skillsBe able to take direction and work harmoniously in a busy work environmentBe able to provide services to patients who might be anxious and unwell, in a skilled, courteous and respectful mannerHours of employment:Part-time with job share a possibility with flexibility a requirementHourly pay rate to be negotiated depending on previous experience
