This long-term temporary assignment offers the chance to play a key role in a significant enterprise-wide financial systems project while providing specialist asset accounting expertise and financial management support across a diverse stakeholder environment.
Based in Adelaide CBD, this role offers an immediate start and the opportunity to contribute to large-scale business and systems reform initiatives.Key responsibilities include:Providing professional financial accounting and asset accounting servicesPreparing journals, reconciliations and financial data filesInvestigating and resolving outstanding financial items and discrepanciesDelivering accurate financial reporting and analysisSupporting system testing activities and validating financial outcomesContributing to process improvement initiatives and financial systems configurationDeveloping and maintaining financial management procedures and work instructionsBuilding strong relationships with internal stakeholders and providing high-quality financial adviceSupporting team objectives and supervising staff when requiredWhat you'll need to succeedTo be successful, you will possess:Degree qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related disciplineEligibility for membership,
