About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll help people stay safe and comfortable at home by:
Helping with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)Providing respite care (giving carers a break)Helping clients stay active and connected in their communityFollowing care plans to meet each person's needsWorking as a team to provide the best support possible

To succeed in this role we'd expect you to have:
A caring nature – genuinely passionate about helping peopleCertificate in Individual Support,



Aged Care or DisabilityGood communication skills with the ability chat and listen to clients and team membersAbility to work independently & comfortable using technologyA valid driver's licence and access to a reliable, insured carA Police Check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to get one)Experience in aged care or disability supportFirst Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to get one)It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
Clearances must be verified prior to commencing employment with RSL LifeCare.
