IFYS Limited is seeking Residential Youth Workers for casual roles across the Mackay region.
You will provide a safe, therapeutic environment for young people, manage challenging behaviours, and support life-skill development through daily routines and activities.Role requires a QLD Working with Children Blue Card or application, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for day/evening/sleepover/weekend shifts.
In office work and a commitment to safeguarding best practices are essential.
