As part of this growth, they're looking for a Draftsperson to join their team based in Heatherbrae.
This is a fully in-office role, working closely with the wider team in a collaborative, hands-on environment.What you'll be doingProduce residential building drawings and documentation using ArchiCADPrepare plans and supporting documentation for council approvalsLiaise with internal stakeholders, consultants and local authoritiesManage multiple projects across various stages of design and approvalUpdate drawings and documentation as projects evolveSupport the wider team to ensure quality outcomes for clients across NSWYou'll typically have a number of active projects on the go at any one time,



while also having access to support from experienced colleagues and external consultants.What you'll bringExperience using ArchiCAD, or a strong understanding of the platformResidential drafting, building design or construction industry experienceStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsThe ability to manage competing priorities and deadlinesA proactive and accountable approach to your workStrong communication skills and a collaborative mindsetYou'll enjoy working in an environment where people help each other out.
