We are seeking a permanent, full time Manufacturing Team Leader to oversee our rainwater harvesting tank production.
In this role, you will drive manufacturing efficiency while meeting all safety and production targets within the Packing Team.Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, your key responsibilities include:Drive daily production targets by optimising line balancing, ensuring products are completed efficiently to achieve on time deliveryDrive team performance to consistently meet and exceed production targetsMaintain optimal inventory levels and consumables to ensure continuous, uninterupted productionBuild a high performing, versatile workforce by ensuring team members are proficient in all areas of operationManufacture components using standard work instructions (WI100 series)Report all quality discrepancies immediately to the Manufacturing ManagerExecute daily tasks by accurately following and completing all production job cars in strict compliance with the site's QMSDeliver technical manufacturing support within your capability, seeking advice from the Manufacturing ManagerChampion a safety-first culture by ensuring your direct team and the wider factory floor consistently comply with Work Health & Safety Procedures.To be successful you will have:4 years + experience gained in manufacturing or a similar industryThe ability to demonstrate sound judgement and maintain a calm,
