coaching and developing a high-performing store teamCreating a positive, accountable and results-focused team cultureDriving sales, profitability and performance against key business targetsBuilding a strong and loyal client base through exceptional service and clientelingUsing store insights and performance data to identify opportunities and take actionManaging rosters, wage costs and staffing requirements effectivelyMaintaining the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentationOverseeing stock management, loss prevention and operational compliancePartnering with regional and support office teams to execute key business initiativesActing as a passionate ambassador for M.J.
