Job DescriptionThis is much more than a standard retail position.You'll be one of the first people customers interact with, helping create a welcoming and supportive experience while assisting with supplement recommendations, retail sales and front desk operations.You will:Welcome and assist customers in storeProvide basic natural health and supplement guidance within training providedHelp customers navigate practitioner-only supplements and wellness productsSupport sales, promotions and customer engagementManage bookings, phone calls and front desk enquiriesAssist with stock management, merchandising and store presentationSupport practitioners and the wider clinic teamHelp create a calm, organised and positive environment for customersAbout the CandidateWe're looking for a friendly, confident and proactive Front of House / Sales Associate to join our team in a permanent part-time role.
