We do this by providing a broad suite of NDIS support services including employment opportunities and social participation activities.The Opportunity:We are seeking a Supervisor - Packaging to join our Packaging team based in Panorama!
Reporting to the Senior Supervisor and Packaging Site Manager, you will lead a designated production area, coordinating, supervising, supporting and training employees to deliver quality outcomes, meet production targets and exceed customer expectations.As a people-focused leader, you will play a vital role in supporting employees with disability to build skills, increase independence and achieve their NDIS goals within a safe, supportive and inclusive workplace.
You will also oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring safety, quality, housekeeping and operational performance standards are consistently maintained.This part-time (0.84 FTE) position operates Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:00pm (32 hours per week) and is based at Bedford's Packaging site in Panorama.
