FamilyCare in regional Victoria is seeking a Child Wellbeing Practitioner to support children, young people and families within The Orange Door.
The role rotates between Assessment and Planning and Screening, Identification and Triage teams, delivering specialist consultation, and contributing to early help.You will hold a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent, meet MMQ requirements, participate in risk assessment, collaborate with service providers, and uphold client privacy.
